Choose your buyers wisely! Not all buyers will want to use your services to represent them and not all buyers are desirable candidates. You have the capacity to influence the buyer to use your services and you also have the capacity to determine if you want to represent them. Just as the buyer would be wise to be selective in their choice of a real estate professional, you should be selective in your choice of representing a buyer. Make sure your initial presentation sets up good expectations for all.
